All Healing is Self-Healing
Are you ready to feel better, be happier and healthier, to smile more and to bring light to those around you? Start your journey now!

I have spent the majority of my formative years exploring nutrition and herbal medicine and the one thing I have learned throughout these past many years is that healing comes from within. It can take years or hours but it must be asked for and wanted. It is a journey of self-discovery. The physical body can be healed without a connection to spirit but if there is not a spiritual connection illness will manifest again. The body, mind and spirit are united and as such must be treated with equal care and thought. I view the human being as 4 bodies, the physical, the etheric, the astral and the Ego or I. All of these bodies comprise or make up the self. The physical for example can not function without the etheric body which is the basic breath of life that flows through it all. The etheric is what connects us to the vibration of the planet and all there is in nature. The astral runs our emotional life. It speaks to us in dreams and brings messages through our spiritual third eye. The Ego is the mastermind that runs it all. Some believe the Ego to be a negative idea but without the Ego there would be no differentiation between you or I. So all parts unite to make the whole and can not be ignored. How do we work with this together? Call me and let's talk about you.
Some of My Teachers
The journey to healing begins with pausing to reflect on the plants around you.
Gaia Herbs is one of my most treasured herb brands. I have been fortunate to meet the herbs on the farm in North Carolina and I know the integrity of these products can't be matched.

All of my education in herbalism originates with Rosemary Gladstar. She is the mother of modern herbalism and we owe her a debt of gratitude for bringing her knowledge to the world. When I formulate remedies for my clients I keep in mind her ideas of simplicity and wisdom. She taught me that healing is not hard and that it is your birth right to know how to work with herbal medicines. It is her selflessness that is reflected in the plant kingdom and the wisdom of mother earth. Take a moment to listen to and learn from Rosemary in this video.
